At ERIK'S Bike Board & Ski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to print a pre-paid shipping label or visit any ERIK'S retail location with your original order confirmation and the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, or simply hand it to a staff member at our in-store service counter.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
