How do I track my bike or snowboard order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For larger items like assembled bikes, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for gear and apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that some high-performance safety equipment may have specific return restrictions.

Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?

Yes! You can choose to have your bike shipped to a local ERIK'S location for professional assembly at no extra cost, or have it delivered to your home partially assembled with instructions provided.

Can I return an item I bought online to a physical store?

Absolutely. Any item purchased on our website can be returned to any ERIK'S Bike Board & Ski retail location for an exchange or refund, provided you have your order confirmation.

Do you offer price matching on sports equipment?

We strive to offer the best prices. If you find an identical, in-stock item at a local authorized retailer for a lower price, we will do our best to match it. Contact our support team for details.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All new equipment is covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. Additionally, ERIK'S stands behind our service work and offers supplemental protection plans for many of our bicycle and snowboard categories.
